Welcome to Zen Blocks. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zen Blocks mobile application ("the App") developed and operated by Fuzzy Logic Gaming Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in Zen Blocks, including but not limited to graphics, gameplay, music, sounds, and code, is the property of Fuzzy Logic Gaming Studio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Use the App's assets for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works based on the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

5. User Conduct

You agree to use Zen Blocks responsibly and not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the App in any way that could damage our reputation

6. In-App Purchases

Zen Blocks may offer optional in-app purchases such as ad removal. These purchases:

• Are processed through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
• Are subject to the app store's terms and conditions
• Are generally non-refundable except as required by law
• May vary in price based on your location

7. Advertisements

The free version of Zen Blocks displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. By using the App, you agree to the display of these ads. You can remove ads through an in-app purchase.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of Zen Blocks is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Updates and Modifications

We may:

• Update the App to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance
• Modify or discontinue features without notice

11. Limitation of Liability

• Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App (if any)

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fuzzy Logic Gaming Studio from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your:

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Zen Blocks at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fuzzy Logic Gaming Studio regarding the use of Zen Blocks.
